“The discerning sets his face toward wisdom, but the eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth.” – Proverbs 17:24 ESV
When wisdom is your goal and you begin to move toward it, you will find success. Discernment will keep you from foolish pursuits. The trick is learning what’s worth going after and what isn’t. Let Jesus help, he has a set of priorities that can guide us in our goal of wisdom. Let him be your philosophy. After all, it means, “love wisdom.” Better yet, love people like Jesus said, Love God and love people.
