8 Moves isn’t a checklist or a program — they’re a journey. A rhythm. A sacred invitation to live in step with the way God formed the world and shaped you to grow. Each Move—Light, Water, Land, Time, Life, Work, Rest, and Rebirth—mirrors a phase in the creation story and speaks to a part of who you are: your mind, your strength, your heart, and your soul.

You don’t have to master anything to begin. You start by noticing by breathing. One small practice is journaling with Light or taking a quiet walk with Land. Over time, the Moves begin to move you. You become more grounded, more aware, more whole. These aren’t just themes to reflect on. They’re tools for navigating real life through grief and joy, restlessness and peace, questions and clarity.

This is your invitation to step in. Subscribe to the daily devotionals. Join a Zoom gathering to connect with others who are exploring the Moves. Take the “Before Starting 8 Moves” survey to help name where you are. Or just text Glen and say, “I’m curious.” You don’t have to know what’s next — you just have to want more.

Maybe you’ve felt fragmented, spiritually dry, or unsure where to begin. That’s okay. There is space here for all of it. 8 Moves offers insight and a pathway—a way forward, a way back to God’s rhythm, and into your renewal.

Let’s walk it together.
