Our soul is where deep transformation happens. It’s the inner sanctuary where God renews, restores, and realigns us with His grace. The Moves of Rest and Rebirth speak directly to this sacred work, guiding us into peace and new beginnings.
Rest: Contentment and Trust
True rest is more than sleep—it’s trust.
“And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested…” (Genesis 2:2 ESV).
Rest invites us to step back, release control, and receive God’s sufficiency. It teaches us to pause, delight, and dwell in His presence. Rest is where the soul learns to be—rather than constantly do. It’s not idleness; it’s a sacred rhythm. Sabbath moments refresh our souls and remind us that we are not defined by our productivity.
Rebirth: Transformation and Hope
Every ending with God is the doorway to something new.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17 ESV).
Rebirth represents spiritual awakening. It’s a recurring invitation to grow in grace, embrace change, and become who God created us to be. Rebirth aligns the soul with eternal hope, no matter how broken or weary we feel.
Together, Rest and Rebirth form the soul’s rhythm of surrender and renewal. They prepare us to live with deeper peace and a transformed perspective.
