1. Mind – Clarity

Water: The refreshing renewal of our thoughts and understanding, like water to a thirsty soul.
2. Strength – Purpose
Related Words: Calling, mission, resolve, perseverance, action, endurance, fortitude.
Focus: Drawing on God’s strength to fulfill the purpose He has set for us.
Land: Stepping into the land God has promised, with the strength to cultivate and build His kingdom.
Time: Recognizing the importance of God’s timing and using our strength to act in His season.
3. Heart – Connection
Related Words: Fellowship, communion, devotion, compassion, unity, belonging, relationship.
Focus: Deepening our relationships with God, others, and the world He created.
Life: Living in God’s life-giving presence, nurturing our relationships with vitality and love.
Work: Serving others with a heart full of compassion, dedicating our work to God’s glory.
4. Soul – Transformation
Related Words: Renewal, sanctification, rebirth, restoration, salvation, holiness.
Focus: Experiencing spiritual transformation that aligns us more fully with God’s purposes.
Rest: Finding peace and renewal for the soul in God’s presence, surrendering to His will.
Rebirth: Experiencing a spiritual renewal through Christ’s resurrection, a new life that transforms us.
