Time is like a river—constantly moving, and we can never hold onto a moment. Ecclesiastes reminds us that God has appointed a time for everything, and it is our role to live in sync with His plan, trusting His eternal wisdom.
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11 ESV)
God’s timing is perfect, though we may not understand it, we can trust that He has a plan for each moment.
“Seek the Lord while he may be found; call upon him while he is near.” (Isaiah 55:6 ESV)
In the busyness of life, we are called to actively seek God’s presence and guidance.
“Making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:16 ESV)
Time is precious, and we are reminded to prioritize what truly matters in a world filled with distractions.
Life is a fleeting gift, and each moment presents an opportunity to align with God’s purpose. Ecclesiastes teaches that God makes everything beautiful in its time, and we are invited to embrace His timing. In our fast-paced world, distractions often pull us away from His priorities, but we are called to make the best use of our time. As we seek Him intentionally, we fulfill His purposes, trusting that He will guide us in every season according to His eternal plan.
Steward your time wisely by prioritizing what truly matters—God’s work in your life. Reflect on how you can better align your daily rhythms with His purpose, seeking His guidance in your decisions. “Sometimes, the circumstances of life confuse and distract us from our spiritual focus. Yet with awareness, we begin to see connections that point to a greater purpose. Balancing this spiritual insight with the basic responsibilities of life requires us to offer it all to God, trusting that He will move in His perfect timing.” Journaling Prompt: What areas of your life do you feel God is inviting you to steward more intentionally? How can you better prioritize His purposes in your schedule?
