Deuteronomy 19: Avenger of blood, cities of refuge…, concern for justice, accused is punished with some punishment if he’s found to be false, eye for eye, etc.

Deuteronomy 20: Regulations concerning war, excusing the troops for special causes, devote to destruction, trees are not enemies.

Deuteronomy 21: Cleansing for unsolved murder, the elders shall sacrifice near the city, “Accept atonement oh Lord,” marriage to a captive woman, rights of the firstborn, dealing with a rebellious son, various regulations.
