Every faucet you turn on, every switch you flip, every road you drive was made possible by someone you never think about. Thousands of workers show up every day to do the job that holds everything together. Many will never be noticed.
Harvest Workers — “And he said to them, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.’” (Luke 10:2 ESV) Where do you see opportunities for good work that need more people to step up?
Labor Not in Vain — “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” (1 Corinthians 15:58 ESV) What keeps you going when your work seems unnoticed?
Spiritual Move: Service — The practice of giving your time, gifts, and effort for the benefit of others. This is how love becomes visible in the world. “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” (1 Peter 4:10 ESV)
