Maybe you picked flowers for your mom, cut the stems, and watched them bloom before they died. It looked healthy because it was drawing on stored resources. It looked alive but was running on reserves.
Flourishing Abundance — “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10 ESV) Where are you experiencing less than the abundance life has to offer?
Death Conquered — “Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?’” (John 11:25-26 ESV) Are you living as if life is over?
Spiritual Move: Worship — The practice of directing attention, honor, and devotion toward the One, the most worthy. It is not just praise or ritual; it is the orientation of life toward its Source. “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:24 ESV)
