Physicists describe the universe as approximately 13.8 billion years old. Human civilization accounts for roughly the last 10,000 of those years. A single human life, measured against that span, is so brief it barely registers. And yet here we are, aware of all of it.

Momentary and Eternal — “For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.” (2 Corinthians 4:17 ESV) What are you carrying that feels different because of what’s coming?

No More Delay — “And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it, that there would be no more delay.” (Revelation 10:5-6 ESV) How does knowing the end of the story change how you move?

Spiritual Move: Celebration — The practice of enjoying what is good and receiving it with gratitude; the decision to acknowledge what is worth honoring. “Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7 ESV)
