Formless Start — “The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.” (Genesis 1:2 ESV) Where in my life does something feel unformed or unresolved — and what might it mean that God’s Spirit hovers over that very place?
Declared Good — “And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.” (Genesis 1:31a ESV) What would it take for me to look honestly at my own life and find, even amid its imperfections, something genuinely worth calling good?
Glory to Glory — “And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 ESV) What old version of myself am I being asked to leave behind in order to become who I am meant to be?
Ongoing Work — “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6 ESV) Where do I most need the reassurance that transformation is a process — and that the work being done in me is not yet finished?
