When you go to the doctor or dentist, they may order an X-ray. The image reveals what’s going on inside. The mystery is solved by a deeper look.
Light Commands Darkness — “He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.” (Daniel 2:22 ESV) What in your life feels hidden, even from yourself?
Perfect Guidance — “Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’” (John 8:12 ESV) Where do you need light on a path you can’t yet see?
Spiritual Move: Visio Divina — It means divine vision, or divine seeing. Sit quietly and gaze at the images from the 8 Moves devotional. Let the image sink in. “And we with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 ESV)
