The human sensation of thirst is already a sign of dehydration. By the time you feel it, you are behind. The body’s thirst is part of the rhythm of intake and outflow.

Well of Salvation — “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” (Isaiah 12:3 ESV) What are you drawing from that replenishes you?

Never Thirst Again — “Jesus said to them, ‘I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.’” (John 6:35 ESV) What hunger or thirst in you is not yet satisfied?

Spiritual Move: Breath Prayer — The practice of bringing the breath in line with simple prayer words, as you breathe in, receive grace, as you breathe out, release tension and control. This rhythm, in and out, lets your body become an act of worship and confession. “Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.” (Genesis 2:7 ESV)
